Only no. 8 (Deathly Hallows Part 2) was 3D, because it was too late to convert its immediate predecessor.
From what I hear, only one scene truly benefitted from 3D, which was the Gringotts scene.
Personally, unless I hear its worth sitting through the experience (like Avatar) I will do my best to avoid 3D. IMAX is better :)
